Some items may also be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Duties and Taxes

  • USA Orders from Canada: No duties. We cover them.
  • Canada Orders from the USA: No duties. We cover them.
  • International Orders: Customs/duties may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Processing & Shipment Time

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Other Items: Processing times vary (e.g., "Ready to ship in 20 business days"). Each product listing includes a processing note:
    • "Ready to ship from Canada in 3 business days."
    • "Ready to ship from the USA in 3 business days."
    • "Ready to ship in X business days" – this means the item is not yet in North America but is available to order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed. If so, we will notify you via email.

Correct Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Little Zen One is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping on orders over $175 USD: Applies even if items ship from different locations.
  • Shipping Costs: Vary by location and method. Rates are shown at checkout.

APO/FPO & International Shipping

  • APO/FPO Addresses: We ship via USPS. Delivery times may exceed 30 business days, and tracking may be limited after entering the military postal system.
  • International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout. Customs processing may delay deliveries, and Little Zen One is not responsible for customs-related delays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Order Status: Your confirmation email will indicate processing times.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. Tracking is typically active by 5 PM EST the next business day.

Why Isn't My Tracking Number Updating?

  • Some carriers may experience delays in updating tracking after the first scan.
  • APO/FPO shipments may show limited tracking after leaving the U.S.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, and the expected delivery date has passed (please refer to your order confirmation for the estimated transit time), contact us. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Little Zen One is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

  • We recommend choosing delivery options that offer security, such as requiring a signature upon delivery.
  • If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact the carrier for assistance.

Damaged Packages

Little Zen One is not liable for products damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package:

  • Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for your claim.
