Each item on our website displays its own processing time in blue, just above the "Add to Cart" button. Processing times vary depending on the item:
- Ready to Ship / In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days.
- Items with extended processing: Some items require additional preparation time and can take 20–40 business days, as noted on the product page.
Why does the Shop app say something different?
The Shop app may display a default estimate that doesn't reflect the actual processing time for your specific item.
Please refer to the product page on littlezenone.com or littlezenone.ca for the most accurate timeline.
When will I get tracking?
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. It's normal for tracking not to update for 1–2 days after the label is created.
If your order has passed the expected processing time shown on the product page, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
