How Do I Return an Item?

1. Check Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and inserts. Tried-on items are not eligible. Sale, pre-order, and special order items are final sale.
2. Submit a Request: Email hello@littlezenone.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST" and include your order number.
3. Prepare Your Return: You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. If your original order had free shipping, the original cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
5. Refunds: Once received, allow up to two weeks for inspection. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method, minus applicable fees and shipping.
