Modifying or Editing an Order
- Requests must be made within 6 hours of placing your order by replying to your confirmation email with "ORDER REQUEST" in the subject line.
- We will do our best to accommodate, but modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Requests
- Must be requested within 6 hours of order placement.
- Cancellations are not guaranteed if the order has already begun processing.
- To request a cancellation, reply to your confirmation email with "CANCEL" in the subject line.
- Re-orders, special orders, bundles, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be canceled.
Refunds for Eligible Cancellations
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3-5 business days, minus a $10 USD per item non-refundable cancellation fee.
