What is the time frame for requesting order modifications?
Modification requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing your order. However, even within this time frame, changes cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in processing.
How do I request a modification to my order?
To request a modification, please reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line "ORDER REQUEST" and include the following details:
- Your order number
- The specific changes you'd like to make

What if my modification request is not possible?
If we are unable to make the requested changes, you can still process a return or exchange once you receive the item, provided it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Are there fees for modifying an order?
There are no fees for modifying an order if a request is made within the 6-hour window and can be accommodated. However, if the modification results in a cancellation, our standard $10 USD per item non-refundable cancellation fee may apply.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping address changes must be requested within the same 6-hour window. To update your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line "UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS" and include:
- Your order number
- The corrected address
What if I realize I need a different product after the modification window has closed?
If the modification window has closed, you can still return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
